Dermaplaning is a physical/mechanical form of exfoliation. This method of exfoliation uses a specialized blade that is designed for the removal of accumulated dead skin cells as well as vellus hair, also known as “peach fuzz”. This medical grade sterile blade is gently stroked along the skin to remove dead cells and surface impurities. After dermaplaning, the skin will have a softer, smoother texture, reduced appearance of fine lines, even skin tone as well as the ability to absorb more active ingredients from skin care products
